Allow attendees to add themselves to a waiting list when sessions are fully booked. If space becomes available attendees on the waiting list will be emailed to inform them there’s a spare seat. Seat will be offered to the first attendee to claim the seat

Currently you have to create scheduling rules per room. This can be inefficient when scheduling common block rules across rooms.We’re breaking the scheduling rules out to root level so they can be applied to multiple rooms at once, or individual. This should ease the admin burden placed on conference admins during setup when using this feature.

Mobile App Improvements

Currently the exhibitor and speaker admin areas are contained within the main portal theme. Customer feedback has shown this can be hard to understand where settings are and content width causes readability issues for some.To make this a better experience, we’re creating new experiences that are tailored towards the exhibitor and speaker to make is clearer what they need to do and where settings are.

Conference admin controllable feature to toggle ON/OFF whether they want to allow attendees to double book themselves on to sessions happening at the same time or restrict them to only 1 session within a specific time slot.

Add the ability for the conference admin to add ‘all event sessions’ to their agenda. These are speakerless sessions that can be used to designate all hands events like lunch, exhibition, social events etc.
