Waiting list for fully booked sessions
Allow attendees to add themselves to a waiting list when sessions are fully booked. If space becomes available attendees on the waiting list will be emailed to inform them there’s a spare seat. Seat will be offered to the first attendee to claim the seat
Session Live Q&A and Polls
We’re bringing the ability for attendees to ask questions to speakers live in an interactive way as well as allowing speakers to launch live polls during their session
Separate Scheduling Rules From Rooms
Currently you have to create scheduling rules per room. This can be inefficient when scheduling common block rules across rooms. We’re breaking the scheduling rules out to root level so they can be applied to multiple rooms at once, or individual. This should ease the admin burden placed on conference admins during setup when using this feature.

Ticket Categories
Ticket categories are a way for event admins to funnel attendees into the ticket types they want them to register for. This is useful when automatic agenda assignment is enabled as it will guide attendees to the right ticket easier
Rule Based Mandatory Session Attendance
Event admins will be able to create rules that will automatically add attendees matching a criteria to sessions for mandatory attendance. When enabled attendees will be assigned sessions on sign-up which they cannot alter unless the event admin enables it. In optional mode, attendees will be able to select session topics that interest them and an automated agenda will be created for them giving them a head start on what sessions are suited to them.

Break out Exhibitor and Speaker Sections Into Their Own Portal
Currently the exhibitor and speaker admin areas are contained within the main portal theme. Customer feedback has shown this can be hard to understand where settings are and content width causes readability issues for some. To make this a better experience, we’re creating new experiences that are tailored towards the exhibitor and speaker to make is clearer what they need to do and where settings are.
